2. Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to sk3333 is restricted to individuals who satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and throughout the duration of their account:

• You are at least 18 years of age. sk3333 operates a strict 18+ policy with no exceptions.
• You are accessing the Platform as an individual acting on your own behalf, not as an agent or representative of any third party.
• You do not hold an existing sk3333 account that is currently active, suspended, or closed.
• You are not a current or former employee, contractor, director, or officer of sk3333, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction in which online gambling is explicitly prohibited under applicable local law.

3. Account Registration

3.3 Account Security

You must not share your login details with any other person or permit third parties to access your account. sk3333 will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised account access caused by your failure to keep credentials secure. You must notify sk3333 support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

3.4 Identity Verification (KYC)

You may be required to submit government-issued identity documents, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership at any stage. sk3333 reserves the right to restrict account functionality — including deposit, withdrawal, and wagering activity — pending successful completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable period following a request may result in account suspension.

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on sk3333 are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). 4.1 Deposits

4.3 Anti-Money Laundering

sk3333 operates in accordance with internationally recognised anti-money laundering (AML) principles. Players may only deposit and withdraw using payment methods registered in their own legal name. Deposits made for any purpose other than genuine gaming activity are prohibited. sk3333 reserves the right to freeze accounts, withhold funds, and report suspicious activity to relevant authorities where AML concerns arise.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

sk3333 offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players, including but not limited to welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms in addition to any specific terms stated within the individual promotion:

5.1 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds and any winnings derived from bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in each individual promotion's terms. Failing to complete wagering requirements within the specified time limit will result in the bonus and associated winnings being removed from the account.

5.2 Bonus Eligibility

Where bonus abuse is identified, sk3333 reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel any winnings derived from it, and suspend or close the account.

5.4 Modifications and Cancellation

sk3333 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion is cancelled after a player has already opted in, any qualifying deposit will be retained as real-money balance and reasonable consideration will be given to players who have already completed wagering on the affected bonus.

6. User Obligations & Conduct

As a registered player on sk3333, you agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes and in full compliance with this Agreement. The following conduct is strictly prohibited:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to interact with games, place bets, or exploit any feature of the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, including sharing information about live casino hands, coordinating betting strategies in real-time games, or chip-dumping in poker-format games.
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise tamper with any part of the Platform's software, infrastructure, or game logic.

7. Account Suspension & Closure

7.1 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your sk3333 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Upon receiving a closure request, sk3333 will process any pending withdrawal of the remaining real-money balance to your verified payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements. Bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements will be forfeited upon voluntary account closure.

7.2 Suspension or Closure by sk3333

sk3333 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, at its sole discretion, in any of the following circumstances:

Where an account is closed by sk3333 due to confirmed breach of this Agreement, any remaining balance — including both real-money funds and bonus funds — may be forfeited in full. sk3333 will provide written notification of any such action via the email address registered to the account.

7.3 Self-Exclusion

Players who wish to take a structured break from gambling may request a self-exclusion period via sk3333 customer support. Self-exclusion requests are actioned immediately and are available for durations of six months or longer. During a self-exclusion period, the account will be inaccessible for all gaming and wagering activity. 8. Limitation of Liability
